The all-rounder suffered cramps during the game against Pakistan and missed the net session ahead of the clash against Netherlands. The team management is likely to rest him so to avoid any further injuries.

Hardik played a crucial role with both bat and ball in the game against Pakistan. While he took 3 crucial wickets with the ball, he scored crucial 40 runs with the bat that provided much desired support to Virat Kohli and sealed the game for India.
